VINEYARDS: Basaltic soil of hils of upper Val d’Alpone
HARVEST: End of August
VINIFICATION: The grapes, which are picked in the first ten days of September, are crushed and cooled immediately before pressing. The decanted must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 °C in stainless steel avoiding any skin contact.
AGEING: Steel Tank
APPEARANCE: Pale yellow with golden lights
PERFUME: Slight hints of flint and ripe peach and pear
TASTE: full-bodied and rich with good balance
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5%
FOOD MATCHING: This wine goes well with antipasti, delicate dishes,but also cas aperitif.
SERVE: Serve at a temperature of 8- 10°C.
