VINIFICATION: the grapes are vinified in rosè after a a short maceration.
AGEING: steel tank
APPEARANCE: pink colour
NOSE: delicate with fruit aromas
PALATE: dry, sapid and fresh
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
FOOD MATCHING: This wine goes well as aperitiv, vegetable soups, white meat, grilled fish or cooked with tomato sauce.
SERVE: Serve at a temperature of 12°C
