VINEYARDS: Monte Castellaro in Soave Classico area. Yield per hectar: 100 quintals.
HARVEST: Middle of October.
VINIFICATION: Temperature-controlled stainless steel containers.
AGEING : 50% barrique, 50% stainless steel tank around one year.
APPEARANCE: Straw yellow colour with golden hues.
NOSE: Wide and complex, with peach floreal hints and oak notes.
PALATE: Fully, rich and lenght with an aftertaste slightly bitter thanks to almond.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
FOOD MATCHING: This wine goes well with main courses, seafood, shellfish, white meat soft cheeses.
SERVE: It is recommended to serve at 12°C.
